The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the
City of Baldwin Park met in a SPECIAL SESSION at the above time and place.
ROLL CALL
Present Councilmember/Member: Linda Gair, Ricardo Pacheco, Bill Van Cleave and
Mayor/Chair Manuel Lozano
Absent/Excused: Mayor Pro TenWice Chair Marten Garcia
Also Present: Dayle Keller, Chief Executive Officer; Arnold Alvarez-Glasman, City
Attorney; Meledo Picazo, Redevelopment Project Coordinator; and Rosemary M.
Ramirez. Chief Deputy City Clerk
CLOSED SESSION
The Council/Agency recessed to Closed Session at 5:10 p.m. and reconvened at 5:57
p.m., with all members present with the exception Mayor Pro Tern/Vice Chair Marten
Garcia, City Attorney Ah/arez-Glasman reported the action as follows:
