The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the City of Baldwin Park met in STUDY SESSION at the above time and place. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmember/Member: Linda Gair. Ricardo Pacheco arrived at 6:20 p.m.). Bill Van Cleave, Mayor Pro-Tem/Vice-Chair Marten Garcia and Mayor/Chair Manuel Lozano Also Present: Dayle Kelter, Chief Executive Officer; Arnold Alvarez-Glasman. City Attorney; Melecio Picazo, Interim Community Development Director; Rosemary M. Ramirez, Chief Deputy City Clerk and Kathleen Sessman, Deputy City Cterk SUBSEQUENT NEED ITEM ADDED TO AGENDA Attorney Alvarez-Glasman advised the Agency/Crty Council that an ftem regarding Conference with Real Property Negotiator, had developed after the posting of the notice of agenda. There is an immediate need to provide a briefing to the City Council in this matter. He recommended that this matter be added to the Closed Session portion of this agenda. Nothing further to report REPORTS OF OFFICERS PROPERTY BASED BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT DOWNTOWN MAIN STREET VISIONS 360-75) Member Gair requested that Mr. Hemandez be honored with a plaque for his participation in this process. A motion was made to place the issue of forming a property-based business improvement district on hold indefinitely. The Mayor and City Council thanked Mr. Ron Cano for his work and timeless efforts on this project.
