The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the
City of Baldwin Park met in STUDY SESSION at the above time and place.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmember/Member Linda Gair. Bill Van Cleave. Mayor Pro-TemA/ice-
Chair Marten Garcia and Mayor/Chair Manuel Lozano
Absent: Councilmember Ricardo Pacheco
Also Present: Dayle Keller, Chief Executive Officer; Arnold Alvarez-Glasman, City
Attorney; Melecio Picazo, Interim Community Development Director; Manny Carrillo,
Recreation/Community Services Director; and Kathleen Sessman, Deputy City Clerk
CLOSED SESSION
The Council/Agency recessed to Closed Session at 5:40 p.m. and reconvened at 7:00
p.m., with all members present wrth the exception of Councilmember/Member Pacheco
who was absent. City Attorney Atvarez-Glasman reported the action as follows:

ACTION: Received briefing from Agency Negotiators regarding
one property. No final action was taken. Nothing further
to report

Titie: Recreation and Community Services Director
ACTION: Evaluation of Recreation and Community Services
Director was conducted. Staff was directed to bring
back a salary resolution at the November 20, 2002 City
Council Meeting.
