The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the
City of Baldwin Park met in STUDY SESSION at the above time and place.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmember/Member: Linda Gair arrived at 5:55 p.m.), Ricardo Pacheco
arrived at 6:45 p.m.), Bill Van Cleave arrived at 6:55 p.m.), Mayor Pro-Tem/Vice-Chair
Marlen Garcia and Mayor/Chair Manuel Lozano
Also Present: Dayle Keller, Chief Executive Officer; Arnold Alvarez-Glasman, City
Attorney; Mark Kling, Chief of Police; Melecio Picazo, Interim Community Development
Director; Leslie Patterson, Personnel/Risk Manager; Rosemary M. Ramirez, Chief
Deputy City Clerk and Kathleen Sessman, Deputy City Clerk
PRESENTATIONS
IMAGING SYSTEM PRESENTATION
Rosemary Ramirez, Chief Deputy City Clerk provided Council with an update on the use
of Questy's in the City Clerk's office.
Charlene Webber, Representative of Decision Management Company, Inc., presented
a brief summary of other programs offered by Decision Management Company, Inc. and
how they would benefit the City. She spoke of the benefit of producing paperless
Agenda packets. Mayor Lozano and Councilmembers expressed a desire to move in
that direction and thanked Ms. Weber for the information presented.
CLOSED SESSION
The Council/Agency recessed to Closed Session at 5:55 p.m. and reconvened at 6:35
p.m., with all members present. City Attorney Alvarez-Glasman reported the action as
follows:
