The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/HOUSING &
FINANCE AUTHORITY of the City of Baldwin Park met in a SPECIAL MEETING at the
above time and place.

Absent/Excused: Mayor Pro-Tem/Vice-Chair Bill Van Cleave

The Council/Agency recessed to Closed Session at 5:35 p.m. and reconvened at 6:30 p.m.,
with all members present with the exception of Mayor Pro-Tem/Vice-Chair Bill Van Cleave,
