The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/HOUSING &
FINANCE AUTHORITY of the City of Baldwin Park met in SPECIAL SESSION at the above
time and place.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmember/Member Marlen Garcia, David Olivas arrived at 6:45 p.m.), Bill Van
Cleave, Mayor Pro-Tem/Vice-Chair Ricardo Pacheco, and Mayor/Chair Manuel Lozano
Also Present: Dayle Keller, Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director; Joe Pannone, City
Attorney/Agency Attorney and Kathryn Tizcareno, City Clerk
CLOSED SESSION
The Council/Agency recessed to Closed Session at 6:30 p.m. and reconvened at 7:25 p.m..
with all members present. City Attorney Pannone reported the action as follows:
