The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the City of
Baldwin Park met in SPECIAL STUDY SESSION at the above time and place.

PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Julio Ramos, 13633 Frazier Street, requested installation of stop signs at the intersection of
Kenmore/Frazier & Bess/Barns. He further stated that a street light at 13633 Frazier is out
and requested it be fixed.
CLOSED SESSION
The Council/Agency recessed to Closed Session at 10:15 p.m. and reconvened at 11:30
p.m., with all members present. City Attorney Scher reported the action as follows:
