The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the City of
Baldwin Park met in SPECIAL STUDY SESSION at the above time and place.

The Council/Agency recessed to Closed Session at 6:11 p.m. and reconvened at 7:00 p.m.,
