The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION of the City of
Baldwin Park met in SPECIAL SESSION at the above time and place.
ROLL CALL: Present: Council Members/Members: Marlen Garcia, David J. Olivas, Bill Van
Cleave, Ricardo Pacheco and Mayor/Chair Manuel Lozano
Also Present: Sid Mousavi, Interim Executive Director; Stephanie Scher, Attorney; Jack
Wong, Interim Community Development Director; and Rosemary M. Ramirez. Chief Deputy
City Clerk
CLOSED SESSION
The Council/Agency recessed to Closed Session at 6:20 p.m. and reconvened at 7:15 p.m.,
with all members present with the exception of Councilmember Bill Van Cleave who was
absent. City Attorney Scher reported the action as follows:
