The City Council/Commission reconvened in open session at 7:00 p.m. with all
members present.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Pannone reported that the Council met in Closed Session and
discussed the items on the agenda. He further reported that by a vote of 4-1, the
City Council accepted former Chief of Police Ed Lopez' resignation and approved a
Separation Agreement. At an upcoming Closed Session meeting direction would be
given as to the process for appointing an Acting Chief of Police, as well as a
permanent Chief.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no other matters for discussion the meeting was adjourned at 6:50
p.m.
