Baldwin Park met in special session
in Council Chambers, at 9:30 a.m.

MCNEILL AND MAYOR KING

Councilman Izell's and Councilman Keyser's absence were ABSENCES
excused. EXCUSED

Mayor King called the meeting to order and adjourned to CLOSED
a Closed Session at 9:30 a.m., for consideration of a SESSION
personnel matter.
The special meeting of the City Council was reconvened MEETING
at 4:48 p.m. Roll Call remained the same. RECONVENED
No action was taken on any agenda item.

It was moved and seconded to adjourn the special meeting MEETING
of the City Council at 4.48 p.m. ADJOURNED
