The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
met in adjourned regular session in the
Baldwin Park School District Offices at 7:00
p.m.

Mayor Lowes called the adjourned regular meeting of the MEETINGS
City Council to order and School Board President Gair CALLED TO
called the adjourned meeting of the Baldwin Park School ORDER
Board to order.

STUDY SESSION
Introductory remarks were made by Mayor Lowes and Board STUDY
President Gair regarding the relationship between the SESSION
School District and the City and the possible need to
have informal meetings such as this one in the future.
They expressed their desire as elected officials serving
the same people that this good relationship be
continued. A study session was then held regarding the
following topics:
1. School Impact Fees
2. Recycling Committee
3. CABLE Television
4. Mutual Aids Existing and On-going Goodwill
Productivity
5. Relationship Between School Police and City
Police

Direction was given regarding the School Impact Fees STAFF
that the item be directed back to each political entity DIRECTION
to go back and work out the details to be negotiated.
City Staff was directed to bring the item before the
City Council by the second meeting in November.

It was moved and seconded to adjourn the adjourned MEETING
regular meeting of the City Council at 8:17 p.m. M/S/C: ADJOURNED
