N/S/c: IZELL/MCNEILL. There were no objections. It was moved and seconded to direct staff to update the MORGAN appraisal on the Morgan Park Street property for PARK purposes of possible acquisition. APPROVED It was moved and seconded to direct staff to review the MASTER Park Master Plan and to initiate the landscape architect PLAN selection process. MIS/C: MCNEILL/GALLEGOS. There REVIEW were no objections. APPROVED Mayor Lowes requested two Councilmembers and the Human SELECTION Services Commission to work with staff to select the COMMITTEE landscape architect. Mayor Lowes volunteered and FOR requested Mayor Pro Tern McNeill to be the other LANDSCAPE Councilmember to serve on the selection committee. ARCHITECT Council concurred. 00- COUNCIL/STAFF REQUESTS AND COMMUNICATIONS Mayor Lowes requested a staff report regarding the no LEFT TURN left turn sign at Merced and Ramona Parkway. SIGN Mayor Lowes inquired about the progress of the Planning WINDOW Department with the window bar's in the industrial area. BARS Mayor Pro Tern McNeill inquired why there is no longer a LEFT TURN left turn allowed on to Pacific Avenue out of City Hall.
