Mayor Vargas called the Special Meeting of the City CALL TO
Council to order at 8:05 a.m. ORDER

CLOSED SESSION
The Special Meeting of the City Council was adjourned to CLOSED
a closed session at 8:05 a.m. for consideration of SESSION
personnel matters as allowed by the Government Code.
F The Special Meeting of the City Council was reconvened
at 10:04 a.m. Roll Call remained the same.
