Park met in special session in the
Council Chambers at 8:00 a.m.

City Attorney Bower,

Mayor Vargas called the Special Meeting of the City CALL TO
Council to order at 8:15 a.m. ORDER

CLOSED SESSION
The Special Meeting of the City Council was adjourned to CLOSED
a closed session at 8:15 a.m. for consideration of SESSION
personnel matters and Labor Relations as allowed by the
Government Code.
The special Meeting of the city Council was reconvened RECONVENED
at 10:00 a.m. Roll Call remained the same. 10:00 A.!!.
