The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
met in adjourned regular session in the City
Manager's Conference Room at 8:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT; COUNCILMEMBERS GALLEGOS, ROLL CALL
MARTINEZ AND MAYOR VARGAS
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Penman,
Dir. of Admin. Services
Pachon, and
City Clerk Gair

The absences of Councilmembers McNeill and Izell were ABSENCES
excused. EXCUSED

Mayor Vargas declared the adjourned regular meeting of IN SESSION
the City Council in session following the move from the
Council Chambers to the City Manager's Conference room.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications open and ORAL COMMUN
invited those wishing to speak on any subject to come NICATIONS
forward. There were none. OPEN
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications closed. CLOSED
CLOSED SESSION
The regular meeting of the City Council was adjourned to CLOSED
a closed session for consideration of meet and confer as SESSION
allowed by Government Code Section 54957.6.
The regular meeting of the City Council reconvened at
9:49 a.m. Roll Call remained the same.
