The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
met in adjourned regular session in the City
Manager's Conference Room at 8:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS GALLEGOS, IZELL, ROLL CALL
MARTINEZ, MCNEILL AND MAYOR
VARGAS
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Penman,
Personnel Manager Cole,
Asst. to City Mngr. Volmert, and
City Clerk Gair

Mayor Vargas declared the adjourned regular meeting of IN SESSION
the City Council in session following the move from the
Council Chambers to the City Manager's Conference room.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications open and ORAL COMMU
invited those wishing to speak on any subject to come NICATIONS
forward. There were none. OPEN
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications closed. CLOSED
CLOSED SESSION
The regular meeting of the City Council was adjourned to CLOSED
a closed session for consideration of meet and confer as SESSION
allowed by Government Code Section 54957.6. at 8:06 a.m.
Mayor pro tem Gallegos was absent at 9:55 a.m. ABSENCE
The regular meeting of the City Council reconvened at
10:10 a.m.

Mayor Vargas declared the adjourned regular meeting of MEETING
the City Council adjourned at 10:10 a.m. to an adjourned ADJOURNED
regular meeting on Friday, February 26, 1993, at 8:30 10:10 A,M.
a.m. and on Saturday, February 27, 1993, at 8:30 a.m. at
the Holiday Inn, in Monrovia, CA.
