The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park met in a study session ar session in
the Room 307 at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS MARTINEZ, MCNEILL ROLL CALL
AND MAYOR PRO TEM GALLEGOS
ALSO PRESENT: Dir. of Administrative Yeats,
Police Chief Lanza,
Dir. of Public Works Mousavi,
Dir. of Community Dev. Carbajal,
Dir. of Human Services Nunez, and
City Clerk Gair

Mayor Vargas declared the study session in session at IN SESSION
6:00 p.m.
Topics of discussion were: TOPICS
The Classification Plan and the Salary Plan for the
position being vacated by Ellen Volmert. After
discussion it was decided to continue the resolution of
this issue at the January 7th workshop.
The status of the needs assessment and the staffing
needs for the Community Center were presented.
A presentation of the reconstruction project on Ramona
Blvd was given with alternatives for the Council to
consider.
Council discussed briefly some of the areas they wish to
be considered at the workshop on January 7th and
requested that an agenda be prepared.
The study session was dismissed at 7:00 p.m.
