The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park met in a study Session in Room 307
at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS GALLEGOS, MCNEILL,
MARTINEZ, MUSE AND MAYOR VARGAS
ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Bower,
Dir. of Admin. Serv. Yeats,
Police Chief Lanza,
Dir. of Public Works Mousavi,
Dir. of Community Dev. Carbajal,
Dir. of Human Services Nunez and
City Clerk Gair
Mayor Vargas declared the study session in session at 6:00 p.m.

Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications open and invited those
wishing to speak on any subject to come forward at this time. There
were none.
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications closed.

The study session consisted of a presentation by Honeywell Inc. on
the Energy Management Plan for the City.
No Action was taken.
