The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park met in a study session in Room 307
at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT.. COUNCILMEMBERS LOWES, MARTINEZ,
MUSE AND MAYOR PRO TEM GALLEGOS
ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Bower,
Dir. of Admin. Serv. Yeats,
Police Chief Lanza,
Dir. of Public Works Mousavi,
Dir. of Community Dev. Carbajal,
Dir. of Human Services Nunez and
City Clerk Gair
Mayor pro tem Gallegos declared the study session in session at
6:00 p.m.

Mayor pro tem Gallegos declared Oral Communications open and
invited those wishing to speak on any subject to come forward at
this time. There were none.
Mayor pro tem Martinez declared Oral Communications closed.

Topics were:
Baldwin Park Financing Authority Revenue Tax Allocation) Bonds,
1994 Series A.
Baldwin Park Financing Authority 1994 Lease Revenue Refunding
Bonds, Community Center Project).
Present for presentation were:
Bill Carena, Suzanne Harrel, Marilyn Garcia, Mao Lowe, Dean
Flores and Carl Robinson.
A presentation was made to the City Council relating to the bond
financing, the revenue to be generated, the May 4, 1994 time frame
for approval by the City Council, the price bids by the third week
in May, and the delivery date of the revenue in June.
Mayor pro tem Gallegos adjourned the study session at 6:38 p.m.
