City Clerk Gair thanked Director of Human Services Nunez for preparing the entry to the
League of California Cities for the Helen Putnam Award for the Santa Fe Mock Election.
Mayor Vargas stated that the concerts in the park are successful and thanked the
Executive Team for their work and for the grass in the park.

The regular meeting of the City Council recessed at 9:15 p.m.
The regular meeting of the City Council reconvened at 9:24 p.m. Roll call remained
