The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park met in a study session in Room 307
at 6:00 p.m.

ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Bower,
Dir. of Admin. Serv. Yeats,
Police Chief Lanza,
Dir. of Public Works Mousavi,
Dir. of Community Dev. Carbajal,
Dir. of Human Services Nunez and
City Clerk Gair
The absences of Mayor Vargas and Councilman Gallegos were excused.

Mayor pro tem Martinez declared the study session in session at 6:00 p.m.

Mayor pro tem Martinez declared Oral Communications open and invited those wishing
to speak on any subject to come forward at this time. There were none.
Mayor pro tern Martinez declared Oral Communications closed.

Topics were:
Director of Public Works Mousavi outlined some of the possibilities relative to the
Americans With Disabilities Act ADA) as listed in the cost estimate by facility report.
Also discussed was the possible sale of Jeremie Street homes, and sale of the Chamber
of Commerce building. Changes will be completed with the ADA regulations.
Director of Administrative Services Yeats explained the Incentive Program and the
Executive Team Review that is to be done by the City Council. Council and Staff
