at 6:00 p.m.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications open and invited those wishing to speak
on any subject to come forward at this time. There were none.

SUBSEQUENT NEED
City Attorney Bower explained that it was necessary to add a subsequent need item to
the agenda regarding existing litigation, the malpractice suit of the City vs Greenberg et
al. This action is necessary due to a potential settlement decision that Attorney Von
Lighten needs to advise the Council of this evening.
It was moved and seconded to add the Subsequent Need item to the Closed Session.
