met in adjourned regular session in the
Executive Conference Room at 8:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS LOWES, LOZANO,
MARTINEZ, MUSE, AND MAYOR VARGAS
ALSO PRESENT: Chief of Police Lanza,
Dir. of Administrative Services Yeats,
Dir. of Community Development Carbajal,
Dir. of Human Services Nunez,
Dir. of Public Works Mousavi, and
City Clerk Gair

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications open and invited those wishing to speak
on any subject to come forward. There were none.
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications closed.

CLOSED SESSION
The adjourned regular meeting of the City Council adjourned at 8:00 a.m. to a Closed
Session to consider the Public Employee Performance Evaluation, Title: Executive
Team, Pursuant to Government Code 54957(b).
No action was taken by Council. Direction was given to staff.
