Park met in a study session in the Community Center,
at 6:00 p.m.

Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications open and invited those wishing to speak
to come forward. There were none.
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications closed.

CLOSED SESSION
The City Council met in Closed Session for the purpose of a: Conference with Labor
Negotiator; Agency Negotiator: Nadja Cole; Employee Organization: Baldwin Park
Police Association; Government Code Section 94957.6.
No action was taken.
