The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
met in a special meeting in Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS LOZANO,
MARTINEZ, MUSE AND MAYOR VARGAS
ALSO PRESENT: Dir. of Admin. Services Yeats,
Police Chief Lanza,
Dir. of Public Works Mousavi,
Dir. of Human Services Nunez, and
City Clerk Gair
The absence of Councilwoman Lowes was excused.

The City Council was immediately in Closed Session for Personnel Matters, pursuant
to Government Code Section 54957.

The Special Meeting of the City Council was in session at 6:35 p.m.
It was moved and seconded to approve the separation agreement for the Director of
Community Development, Jess Carbajal. VARGAS/MUSE. There were no
objections.
City Council directed the Personnel/Risk Manager to prepare the necessary resolutions
to reflect a change in the salary for the Director of Administrative Services.
Council also directed staff to prepare the reorganization of duties for the Community
Development Department

Mayor Vargas declared the special meeting of the City Council adjourned. There were
no objections.
