The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
met in a Study Session in Room 307 at
6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS LOWES, LOZANO,
MARTINEZ, MUSE, AND MAYOR VARGAS
ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Bower,
CRA Attorney Traynum,
Chief of Police Lanza,
Dir. of Administrative Services Yeats,
Dir. of Human Services Nunez,
Dir. of Public Works Mousavi, and
City Clerk Gair

The City Council was immediately in Closed Session for CONFERENCE WITH REAL
PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR, Property: Triangle Project, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.8.
No action was taken on the Closed Session.
The regular meeting of the City Council reconvened at 6:50 p.m. Roll call remained
the same.

Council directed staff to prepare an agenda for October 5, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00
p.m. and include the reorganization plan.
Council scheduled a Workshop for November 16, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to
include the Executive Team to study the mid-year budget and evaluations.
Counclim ember Muse and the Executive Team scheduled Wednesday, September 13,
to meet with Braun and Ketchum pertaining to the Image Campaign.
