The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park met in regular session to tour the
Water Treatment Plant in Burbank
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS LOWES, LOZANO,
MUSE AND MAYOR VARGAS
ALSO PRESENT: Director of Public Works Mousavi

The absence of Mayor pro tern Martinez was excused.
ORAL COMMUNICATION
Mayor Vargas declared Oral CommunicatIons open and invited those wishing to speak
on any subject to come forward. There were none.
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications closed.

Council and several citizens toured the water treatment plant in Burbank. This facility is
similar to the one that will be built on property adjacent to Baldwin Park, which affects the
aesthetic, landscape, and view of the residents of Baldwin Park.
No action was taken.
The adjourned regular meeting of the City Council was adjourned at 1:50 pm. There
were no objections.
