The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met in an adjourned regular meeting for Team Building at 8:00 a.m. in Room 307 of City Hall Mayor Vargas called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. ROLL CALL: PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS LOWES, LOZANO, MUSE, MARTINEZ AND MAYOR VARGAS ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Bower, Dir. of Admin. The second area of discussion was Vision for Baldwin Park 2010-2015, which was a review and expansion of the City Council Goals and Objectives as established in the Team Building Session at the Community Center with David Jones. She explained the reviews to be done by Councilmembers, by the Executive Team members of their peers and the 360 evaluation by employees of the department heads Executive Team).
