The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
met in Closed Session in Room 307 at
8:50 a.m.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS LOWES, LOZANO,
MUSE, AND MAYOR VARGAS
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Yeats,
Acting Chief of Police Kies,
Dir. of Public Works Mousavi,
Dir. of ReciCommunity Services Nunez, and
City Clerk Gair
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council met in Closed Session to consider Public Employee Employment, Title:
Chief of Police and Director of Economic Development Recruitment Process, pursuant
to Government Code 54957; and Public Employee Performance Evaluation, Title:
Evaluation of Executive Team Goals & Objectives, pursuant to Government Code 54957.
In Closed Session Council gave staff direction and no action was taken.

no objections.
