The Special Meeting of the City Council met
in special session in the City Manager's
Conference Room at 7:30 a.m.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS LOWES, LOZANO,
MUSE AND MAYOR VARGAS
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Yeats
ORAL COMMUNICATION
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications open and invited those wishing to speak
on any subject to come forward. There were none.
Mayor Vargas declared Oral Communications closed.

CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to a Closed Session to consider Public Employee
Appointment, Title: Community Services Director Interviews, Pursuant to Government
Code 54957.
No action was taken.
