met in Study Session in Room 307 at 6:00
p.m.

Acting Chief of Police Kies,

Mayor Lowes declared Oral Communications opened and invited those wishing to
speak on any subject to come forward. There were none.

Charlene Webber, Director of Marketing, Decision Management Company, Inc.,
presented the implementation of an imaging program for various documents.
