The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park met
in special session in the City Manager's
Conference Room at 4:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS LOZANO, MUSE,
VAN CLEAVE AND MAYOR LOWES
ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Olivas,
City Manager Yeats
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Lowes declared Oral Communications open and invited those wishing to speak
on any subject to come forward. There were none.
Mayor Lowes declared Oral Communications closed.

CLOSED SESSION
The Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 4:18 p.m. to consider Public Employee
Appointment, Chief of Police Interviews, pursuant to Government Code 54957.
The special meeting reconvened at 6:15 p.m. Directions were given, no actions taken.
The special meeting of the City Council adjourned at 6:15 p.m. There were no
objections.
