in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.

CLOSED SESSION
The City Council met in Closed Session at 6:05 p.m. to consider 1) a Conference With Legal
Counsel, Existing Litigation, Yoon vs City of Baldwin Park pursuant to Government Code
54956.9; 2) Conference With Legal Council, Anticipated Litigation, Significant exposure to
litigation pursuant to Section 54956.9(b)): One Case; 3) Conference With Real Property
Negotiator, Property: CaIMat Ramona Boulevard, pursuant to Government Code 54956.8;
and 4) Conference With Real Property Negotiator, Property: 4141 N. Maine Avenue,
Negotiator: Steve Cervantes, pursuant to Government Code 54956.8.
The City Council reconvened at 6:55 p.m. Roll Call remained the same.
City Attorney Olivas explained that in Closed Session the Council considered the Closed Session
items as listed. Direction was given to staff and no further action was taken.

Mayor Lowes declared Oral Communications open and invited those wishing to speak to come
forward. There were none.
