The City Council met in a study session in
the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS LOZANO, MUSE, PACHECO,
VAN CLEAVE, AND MAYOR LOWES
ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Olivas,
Chief of Police LeGarra,
Interim Finance Director Sanchez,
Dir. of Community Development Cervantes,
Dir. of Public Works Mousavi,
Dir. of Rec/Community Services Nunez, and
City Clerk Gair

CLOSED SESSION
The City Council met in Closed Session at 6:55 p.m. to consider Personnel, pursuant to
Government Code 54957, to consider specific charges and complaints; and Conference With Labor
Negotiator: Negotiator: Nadja Cole, Employee Organizations: SEIU Professional & Technical
Confidential Police Management Employees General Management Employees Executive
Management, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.
The City Council reconvened at 6:55 p.m. Roll Call remained the same.
In closed Session Council considered the two items as indicated. On the one item on a personnel
matter, the City Council has adopted findings and made a determination that the personnel
complaint against Mr. Sid Mousavi and the determination is that the complaints against him are
not supported by the evidence. The secondond item was with labor negotiator and the employee
organizations as indicated above.
