The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the City of Baldwin Park
met in STUDY SESSION at the above time and place.
ROLL CALL: Present: Council/Agency Members: Linda Gair, Marlen

Also Present: Dayle Keller, Interim Chief Executive
Officer/Executive Director; Arnold Alvarez-Glasman,
City/Agency Attorney; and Rosemary M. Ramirez,
Deputy City Clerk.
SUBSEQUENT NEED ITEM
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL Attorney Alvarez-Glasman stated that fads of this
ANTICIPATED LITIGATION I Case mailer arose after the posting of the mgular agenda and
there exists a need to discuss the particulars of this
mailer with the Agency/Council and to receive direction
as appropriate.
A motion was made to accept the recommendation of
Attorney Alvarez-Glasman and add the above mailer on
the Closed Session portion of this agenda.
MOTION: Council/Member Gair
SECOND: Council/Member Van Cleave
Motion carried.
CLOSED SESSION
The Council/Agency recessed to Closed Session at
5:10 p.m. and reconvened at 7:10 p.m., with all
