The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the City of Baldwin Park met in STUDY SESSION at the above time and place. SUBSEQUENT NEED ITEM CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL Attorney Alvarez-Glasman stated that fads of this ANTICIPATED LITIGATION I Case mailer arose after the posting of the mgular agenda and there exists a need to discuss the particulars of this mailer with the Agency/Council and to receive direction as appropriate. A motion was made to accept the recommendation of Attorney Alvarez-Glasman and add the above mailer on the Closed Session portion of this agenda. MOTION: Council/Member Gair SECOND: Council/Member Van Cleave Motion carried.
