PACIFIC AVENUE WEDNESDAY BALDWIN PARK, CA 91706 6:00 P.M. The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the City of Baldwin Park met in STUDY SESSION at the above time and place. ROLL CALL Present: Council Members: Marten Garcia, Bill Van Cleave, Mayor Pro-Tern Linda Gair and Mayor Manuel Lozano arrived at 6:30 p.m.) Also Present: Arnold Alvarez-Glasman, City Attorney; Dayle Keller, Chief Executive Officer; Mark Kling, Acting Chief of Police; Jose Sanchez, Finance Director; Rick Forintos, Community Development Director; Jose Mesa, Personnel/Risk Manager; Kara Bouton, Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer; and Rosemary M. Ramirez, Deputy City Clerk Absent: Councilmember Ricardo Pacheco was absent and excused. SUBSEQUENT NEED ITEM ADDED TO AGENDA Attorney Alvarez-Glasman advised the Agency/City Council that an item Real Property Negotiations had developed after the posting of the notice of agenda and recommended that the subject item be added to the closed session portion of this agenda. A motion was made to add the item as recommended by the attorney as follows: 1) Conference with Real Property Negotiator; Property: 14365 Baldwin Park Towne Center Radisson Hotel) Negotiating Parties: City negotiating with Ronnie Lamb, Owner.; Agency Negotiators: Dayle Keller and Arnold Alvarez-Glasman; Under Negotiation: Terms of Sale MOTION: Councilmember Garcia SECOND: Mayor Pro Tern Pacheco Motion carried Attorney Alvarez-Glasman advised the Agency/City Council that an item regarding Conference with Real Property Negotiator 14365 Baldwin Park Town Center: Radisson Hotel) had developed after the posting of the notice of agenda and recommended that the subject item be added to the closed session portion of this agenda.
