The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the City of Baldwin Park met in STUDY SESSION at the above time and piace. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmembers/Members: Marlen Garcia, Bill Van Cieave, Rjcardo Pacheco, Mayor Pro-Tem/Vice Chair Linda Gair and Mayor/Chair Manue! Lozano Also Present: Dayle Keiier, Chief Executive Officer; Arnold A!varez-G!asman, City Attorney; Richard Kreisler, Attorney; Mark Kling, Chief of Police; Jose Sancnez, Finance Director; Jose Mesa, Personnel/Risk Manager; Kara Bouton, Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer; Rick Forintos, Community Development Director; and Kathieen Sessman, Office Assistant Absent/Excused: Rosemary M. Ramirez, Chief Deputy City Clerk CLOSED SESSION The Council/Agency recessed to Closed Session at 6:10 p.m. and reconvened at 7:05 p.m., with all members present. City Attorney Alvarez-Glasman reported the action as foilows: CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR GC 54957,6) Agency Negotiators: Jose Mesa, Personnei/Risk Manager, Jose Sancnez, Finance Director, Kara Bouton Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, and Attorney Richard Kreisier Employee Organizations: Baldwin Park Police Officers' Association; Police Management Employees ACTION: City Council received briefing from agency negotiators. The City Council considered the offer that was on the table, offer was not changed as directed to the Agency negotiators. Mayor Pro Tern Gair and Counciimember Garcia voted in support of existing offer, Councitmember Van Cleave and Mayor Lozano voted to change the offer, and Counciimember Pacheco abstained.
