The CITY COUNCIL and COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the City of
Baidwin Park met in STUDY SESSION at the above time and place.
ROLL CALL
Present: Counciimembers/Members: Marlen Garcia and Mayor Pro-Tem/Vice Chair Linda Gair
Absent: Mayor/Chair Manuel Lozano and Counciimembers/Members Bii! Van Cleave; and Ricardo
Pacheco
Also Present: Dayle Keller, Chief Executive Officer; John Olvera, Assistant City Attorney; Mark
Kling, Chief of Police; Jose Sanchez, Finance Director; Kara Bouton, Assistant to the Chief
Executive Officer; Rick Forintos, Community Development Director; John Yeung, Information
Systems Supervisor; Rosemary M. Ramirez, Chief Deputy City Clerk; and Kathleen Sessman,
Deputy City Cierk
PRESENTATIONS
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK'S WEB-SITE DEVELOPMENT
Chief Executive Officer Keiier announced that Mayor Lozano and Councilmember Pacheco would
be arriving late. As such, Mayor Pro Tern Gair acknowledged the lack of quorum for conduct of
the closed session items, however, since the presentation of the city's web site is for information
purposes only, she requested that Information Services Supervisor Yeung proceed with the
presentation and that an update be provided to absent Councilmembers at a later date.
Information Services Supervisor Yeung proceeded with the presentation of the proposed layout of
the city's web-site. He further noted that the web-site would go live" in January, 2002.
CLOSED SESSION
Due to a lack of quorum, this meeting was adjourned to the end of the regularly scheduled City
Council meeting, this same date.
ADJOURN
There being no other matters before the Council/Agency, the meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
