Mayor Pro Tern Gair requested that staff look into the following issues: 1) Parking lot by Radio
Shack and Blockbuster is being transformed into a flea market/used car sale lot; and 2) On Baldwin
Park Boulevard near Jeanbridge, a house parks five to seven vehicles in their front yard.
Councilmember Pacheco requested that staff address the following issues: 1) Look into the amount
of litter off of Dalewood and Beese; and 2) Inquired about the report previously requested regarding
the maintenance of the landscaping surrounding the intersection of Puente Avenue and 1-10.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further matters for discussion; the meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m., in memory
of Raymundo Carrero, Councilmember Pacheco's uncle who passed away this past weekend.
Approved by the Council at their meeting held February 20, 2002.
