A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE STATE-LOCAL ENTITY
MASTER AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5323 COVERING THE STATE-
LOCAL PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO.003
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park entered into Local-Agency State Agreement No.07-5329 for
Federal Aid the Agreement") on or about July 8,1997; and
WHEREAS, the City and State Department of Transportation desire to supplement Agreement No.
003 to State-Local Partnership Projects to complete the construction of Puente Avenue between Merced
Avenue and southern city limit 07-LA-0-BWP, 5B97-5323(001)).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct and are hereby incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. State-Local Entity Master Agreement No. SLTPP-5323 covering the State-Local
Partnership Projects and Program Supplement No.003 are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute the agreement.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January 1998.
