A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code, the City Manager or designee
does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the availability of funds for
payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the two payrolls of the City of Baldwin Park consisting of check numbers 86228
to 86941 for the period of March 22,1998 through April 18,1998 inclusive, have been presented and hereby
ratified, in the amount of $723,786.64.
SECTION 3. That General Warrants, including check numbers 104889 to 105276 inclusive, in the
total amount of $1,259,241 68 constituting claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have been
presented to the City Council as required by law, and the same hereby ratified.
