A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECT ION 1. That pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code, the Chief Executive Officer
or designee does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the avail availability
of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park consisting of check numbers 089002 to
089343, inclusive, for the period of July 12, 1998 through July 25, 1998 inclusive, has been presented and
hereby ratified, in the amount of $399,605.37.
SECT ION 3. That General Warrants, including check numbers 106590 lo 106937 inclusive, in the total
amount of $1,217,024.06 constituting claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have been
presented to the City Council as required by law, and the same hereby ratified.
