A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE As FOLLOWS
SECTION nut pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code, the City Manager or designee
does herebyu certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referredg fto and to the availability of
funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. nut the two payrolls of the City of Baldwin Park consisting of check numbers 090035
to 090364 and check numbers 090671 to 090984, Inclusive1 voids: 090035, 090050,090051. 090349, 090356,
090977,090671 and 090982, for the period of August23, 1998 through September 19,1998 inclusive, have
been presented and hereby ratified. in the arnount of $787,596.30.
SECTION 3. That General Warrants, consisting of check numbers 107420 to 107636 inclusive, in
the total amount of $1,055,684.49 constituting claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have
been presented to the City Council as required by law, and the same hereby rafled.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED October 7TH, 1998.
