A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code, the Chief Executive Officer
or designee does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the availability
of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park consisting of check numbers 093313 to
093651,inclusive, voids: 093313, 093628, 093636, and 093651 for the penod of December 27,1998 through
January 9,1999 inclusive, has been presented and hereby ratified, in the amount of $314,397.66.
SECTION 3. That General Warrants, including check numbers 109141 to 109361 inclusive, in the
total amount of $853,682.B4 constituting claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have been
presented to the City Council as required by law, and the same hereby ratified.
