A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code the Chief Executive Officer
or designee does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the availability
of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park consisting of check numbers 094345 to
094686 inclusive. voids: 094345, 094450, 094451 and 094667 for the period of February 7, 1999 through
February 20,1999 inclusive. has been presented and hereby ratified, in the amount of $366,922.05.
SECTION 3. That General Warrants. including check numbers 109834 to 110118 inclusive, in the
total amount of $1,138.873.10 constituting claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park. have been
presented to the City Council as required by law. and the same hereby ratified.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED March 17th, 1999.
