A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS
AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code the Chief Executive Officer
or designee does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the availability
of funds for payment thereof.
SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park consisting of check numbers 100608 to
100936, inclusive, voids: 1006061100613,100618 through 100626 and 100931 for the period of October
17,1999 through October 30,1999 inclusive, has been presented and hereby ratified in the amount of
$348,818.13.
SECTION 3. That General Warrants, including check numbers 113760 to 113997 inclusive, in the
total amount of $689,692.38 constituting claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have been
presented to the City Council as required by law, and the same hereby ratified.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED November 17th, 1999.
