A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code, the Chief Executive Officer or
designee does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the availability of
funds for payment thereof

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park consisting of check numbers 101267 to
101601, inclusive, voids: 101267,101274,101284, 101550 through 101554, and 101601, for the period of
November 14,1999 through November 27,1999 inclusive, has been presented and hereby ratified, in the
amount of $354,957.27.
SECTION 3. That General Warrants, including check numbers 114144 to 114358 inclusive, in the
total amount of $693,877.57 constituting claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have been
presented to the City Council as required by law, and the same hereby ratified.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED December 15th, 1999.
