A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY
COUNCIL APPROVE A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
TO CONSTRUCT ONE THREE-SIDED BILLBOARD
STRUCTURE. APPLICANT: BULLETIN DISPLAY, LLC;
LOCATION: 12670 RAMONA BOULEVARD).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine, and declare as follows:
a) That a request for approval of a development agreement
Agreement") to construct one three-sided billboard structure was made
by Mark Kudler, representing Bulletin Display, LLC Applicant"); and
b) That the Applicant had requested that the structures be
constructed on certain real property located at 12670 Ramona Boulevard
in the City of Baldwin Park, described more particularly in the Applications
on file with the Planning Division; and
c) That the terms of the Agreement are specified in the
attached Exhibit A"; and
d) That a duly noticed public hearing was held on said
Agreement by the City Council, and based upon evidence presented
including applicable staff reports and each member of the Council being
familiar with the properties, it was determined that the Agreement
approved by the City Council; and
SECTION 2. That the City Council at the time of the public hearing on the
above matter reviewed and considered the proposed project to be Categorically since
there is no substantial evidence that the project will have a significant impact on the
environment A Negative Declaration was adopted by the City Council in conjunction
with the zone change application at their October 18, 2000 meeting.)
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution
and forward a copy hereof to the Secretary of the Planning Commission and the
Applicant.
