A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000-69
APPOINTING ED HUETINCK TO OFFICE NO. 1 AND
TERESA VILLEGAS TO OFFICE NO. 2 OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the terms of office for Planning Commission Members Ed Huetinck, Office
No. 1 and Teresa Villegas, Office No. 2 will expire on June 30, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park is desirous of appointing
and/or reappointing members to Office Nos. 1 and 2 of the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, appointments made and entered on this resolution shall be for a two-(2)
year term, expiring June 30, 2003; and
WHEREAS, a public notice of the commission scheduled and/or unscheduled
vacancies was published in the NOW Newspaper and in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDIWN PARK
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed as members of
Office No. 1 and 2 of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park. Such appointee
shall hold office at the pleasure of the City Council and serve for the term as follows:
Office 1 ED HUETINCK for the term expiring June 30, 2003
Office 2 TERESA VILLEGAS for the term expiring June 30, 2003
Office 3 Sergio Corona for the term expiring June 30, 2002
Office 4 Conrado Magdaleno for the term expiring June 30, 2002 appointed 8/2/00)
Office 5 Milagros Alba for the term expiring June 30, 2002
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and
forward a copy said appointees and to the Planning Commission Secretary.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2001.
